How to make Panna cotta
Cook the RISSO CHANTY CHEF® together with the sugar, stick vanilla, a little lemon verbena and add the gelatine.
Fill the glasses with the red fruit and coulis of red fruits.
Pour the fruits with the warm liquid and leave this in the refrigerator.
Finish with the raspberries, the lemon verbena and the sugar.
