How to make Vegetable quiche
Grease the baking ring or tray with RISSO® EVOLUTION (not necessary in thermoplastic rings).
Dress a piece of puff pastry dough into the tray or mould.
Add the slightly pre-cooked vegetables and the crispy fried bacon on the dough.
Mix the RISSO CHANTY CHEF® with the herbs and poor on top of the vegetables.
Put in the oven for 45’ at ± 175°C.
