How to make Multigrain Baguette with marinated herring

Defrost the Multigrain baguette. Add it to a oven preheated to 200c and bake them for 15 minutes.

Wait for the multigrain baguette to cool then slice down the middle to open the baguette. Cut the carrot and cucumber in long strips and blanch them. Mix the marinated herring fillet in yoghurt vinaigrette, black pepper and dill.

Finally, fill the baguette with the herring mixture and the sliced carrot and cucumber.
