How to make Chocolate Croissant Pudding

Lightly grease a 5cm deep, 17cm x 26cm overproof dish

Cut the Croissants into 2cm pieces and place in the dish.  Whisk the eggs,cream, milk and sugar in a jug until combined. Pour over the croissant pieces. Cover and leave to stand at room tempreature

Preheat the oven to 180c. Bake the pudding fro 40-45 minsutes or until custard is set. Dust lightly with icing sugar and serve warm.  Ideal with ice cream.

Notes & Variations

Can also use butter croissants or Pain Au Chocolates
