How to make Soft Bun
Mix all ingredients - without the ST ALLERY® Premium Cream Dough and ST ALLERY® Lux.
When the raw materials begin to form a dough, add the ST ALLERY® Premium Cream Dough and ST ALLERY® Lux.
Knead the dough smoothly and elastic. Rise for 10 minutes.
Make pieces of dough of 1,500 gr. Round it up and let it rest for 5min.
Divide and round it. Let it loose for 5min.
Stretch the dough into the shape of a bun and lay it on baking sheets that are greased with GOLD CUP® PL3.
