How to make ROASTBEEF CROISSANT

Bake the croissant for +/- 17min at 180°C and leave it cool.

Cut the croissant horizontally in two and spread the pepper cream on the base.

Lay the slices of roast beef and fresh spinach leaves in an undulating pattern (like a wave) Season with oil and salt. Close and serve the croissant.
