How to make Cherry pie
Knead a smooth and elastic dough.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and coat it with forms that are greased with GOLD CUP® PL 3.
Let it rest for 15 min.
Fill with confectioner's cream and spread the concentrated cherries over the pudding.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 35 minutes.
Finish with GOLD CUP® Apricogel.
