How to make Puff pastry


Knead all ingredients - except the ST-ALLERY® Premium Puff pastry dough. Once you obtain a homogenous dough, stop kneading. Formatting the dough lightly and let it rest for 5 min.


Roll the dough slightly larger than the plate ST-ALLERY® Premium Puff Pastry. Place the paste on the dough and fold the dough around the stick ST-ALLERY® Premium Puff Pastry. Roll out and give 2 rows of 3 or 4.


Let it rest for at least 30 min. in the refrigerator. Then just let come up to temperature and back two rows giving 3 or 4. The puff pastry cover under a plastic and leave in the fridge overnight.


A half-hour show to warm up and get the last row of three. wrap in plastic and let rest at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Detailing and processing.
