How to make Lacquered salmon

Mix in a pan the honey with the sugar, RISSO THAI SOY DRESSING, sesame oil, sherry, grated ginger, garlic and the five-spice powder

Warm till viscous sauce (reduced)

Season the salmon with pepper and salt

Brush the salmon with the created lacquer

Place now in a preheated oven under the grill for 3 min

Repeat this operation 2 times more

Stir-fry the lamb’s ear lettuce and season

Finish the dish with the RISSO HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
