How to make Crostini with scampi on Indian way

Chop the anchovies and garlic, then add them with the BELOLIVE® Olive Oil, FAMA®, curry powder, cayenne, shallot, red pepper, paprika, basil, coriander, chives, chervil and tarragon to create a paste.

Cut the baguettes into thick slices and spread some of the paste onto each piece, then bake them in the oven at 180°C till they become crostini

Fry the shrimp in the remaining paste.

Arrange the bread from the oven on the mesclun and add the scampi and a sprig of corriander on top of the crostini.
