How to make Chicken & prawn balls

Cutter the raw chicken fillet and prawns shortly with a bit of fresh cream, 1 egg white, pepper and salt.

Add the chopped coriander and sesame seeds.

Roll small balls and stick a piece of lemongrass in the ball.

Put into the oven at 180 °C or on the BBQ.

Serve on a plate with RISSO® dressing Yogorette-Paprika.
