Our commitment on responsible sourcing

Our commitment on responsible sourcing

We believe that we are accountable for our entire supply chain, which means we source our ingredients as sustainably as possible. Taste and quality are certainly a priority for us, but not at the expense of the living conditions of local farmers and the health of our planet. We aim to have a positive impact on society and to take responsibility for this, not only in our own company but throughout our entire supply chain. This is why we commit to source our raw materials and ingredients free from deforestation, conversion of protected areas, and free from any kind of exploitation.

We also want to increase the transparency of our supply chain. We are therefore committed to reach 100% traceability to mill level and 75% traceability to plantation level by 2025 for the palm oil we purchase.

Sustainable sourcing grievance mechanism

We want to take actions whenever a non-compliance of our No Deforestation Peat development and Exploitation (NDPE) commitment is detected along our supply chain. Through our sustainable sourcing grievance mechanism, we tackle non-compliances in a timely manner and work on a solution together with our direct suppliers.
