On 12 and 13 April 2023, Vandemoortele France took part in the European Sandwich & Snack Show in Paris. This fair is dedicated to the dynamic snacking universe, gathering more than 10,000 professionals: chefs, wholesalers, artisanal bakers, retailers. A key moment of the fair was the “Snacking d’Or” awarding.
In the “savoury snacks” category, our Lanterna® monoportion with peppers & mozzarella got awarded a Snacking d'Or Award 2023. A great occasion for us to put our Lanterna® brand in the picture and highlight these tasty monoportions.
LANTERNA® is our range of focaccia, ciabatta and pizza, made with authentic Italian flavour and character. ‘Lanterna’ means ‘lighthouse’, which is the symbol of Genoa, the largest Italian port on the Mediterranean, where the company originated.
