General terms & conditions of sale

The terms stipulated for the supplying of our products MCOF, margarines culinary oils and fats, indicating that are food products subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree no. 62/01 of the 24 January 2012, converted into law on 24 March 2012 n. 27, with date of minimum durability up to 60 (sixty) days and consequently non-perishable in accordance with Article 62 (4), to be consumed within the expiry date indicated on the package, are the following:

 

  1. The gross sales prices of the products will be the price charged by Us and in force at the moment of the order.
  2. The discounts will be those stipulated, from time to time, at the time of order
  3. In case of late payment on Your part, the default interest will be automatically applied in the amount of the reference rate according to the Legislative Decree no. 231/2002, plus 2 percentage points, in accordance with Article 62 of Legislative Decree no. 1/2012, converted into law n.27/2012.
  4. Any other change and integration of the general terms and conditions of sale, will be possible and approved only through written document, signed by both parties.
  5. The terms of delivery are merely indicative.

The amount, the integrity of the products and the correspondence of the order must be verified at the time of reception of the goods. Any dispute will be considered valid only if communicated in writing within 8 (eight) days from the reception of the goods. Any returns must be authorised before by the competent office in order to allow the necessary controls.

  1. In accordance with the Legislative Decree n. 196 of the 30 June 2006 and with the European regulation n.679 of the 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of personal data, through the subscription of this agreement we undertake, informing each other, that all the respective personal data linked to this document will be processed only for management and administrative purposes related to the fulfilment of contractual and legislative obligations. These personal data can be communicated to third parties, competent about the contracts subject matter, in accordance with the above mentioned regulations. Both parties undertake that regarding the processing of personal data, are allowed to exercise the rights mentioned in article 15 of the European Regulation n. 679 of the 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of personal data.
  2. Any dispute linked to this agreement will be exclusive jurisdiction of the forum of Genoa.
