How to make Vegan Fossette®
Flash-bake the Fossette® under the grill for 2 min.
Cut the Fossette® open.
Spread 2/3 of the curry humus on the bottom part and 1/3 on the top part.
Place the mashed chickpeas and the slices of avocado and sprinkle with some lemon juice (to prevent oxidation).
Top with the slices of tomato and the washed spinach leaves
Finish with pepper, salt and optional some dressing or olive oil.
