How to make TUSCAN BURGER
'Flash' fry the soft bun for ± 4 min at 180°C or place the bun briefly under grill.
Fry the chianina beef burger and pancetta on the plate with some Risso® Evolution.
Briefly melt some mozzarella on the beef burger.
Cut the courgette into long strands with a mandolin and fry briefly on the grill.
Open the bun and cover the bottom half with RISSO® BOURGY BURGER SAUCE.
Pile the beef burger with mozzarella on top. Then the grilled courgette slices and fried pancetta. And finish with sundried tomatoes and rocket.
Fry the potato fries in Risso® Longlife.
Serve the burger with fries and a jar of RISSO® PEPPER SAUCE
