How to make Tuna tartar

Cut the tuna steak into fine pieces. Season the tuna with pepper, salt and some RISSO THAI SOY DRESSING

Cut the avocado into small pieces

Cut the zucchini into brunoise and fry in RISSO EVOLUTION

Drizzle quickly with lime juice

Meanwhile, deepfry the raw rice noodle in RISSO LONGLIFE at 165°C and then drain on kitchen paper

Take a small ring to layer the ingredients. - Start with a low tuna tartar - On top of that a layer of avocado - Finish with a layer of tartar

Take away the ring

Place on top of the fried rice noodle
