How to make Shortbread biscuits

These shortbread biscuits are easy to make and ideal as a dessert biscuit served with a special coffee.


Mix the caster sugar and the vanilla sugar with the Risso Cuisine with 20% butter. Add the eggs to this mixture one by one.


Mix the sieved flour with the baking powder through the dough. Form the dough into a ball and allow to cool in the refrigerator.


Cut biscuits out of the dough, with a thickness of no more than 1 cm. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a fan oven at 175°C for approx. 12 minutes.
