How to make Risen puff pastry


Knead a dough with all the raw materials - with the exception of the ST ALLERY® Premium Croissant-. Once you obtain a smooth dough, stop kneading. Make the dough lightly and let it rest for 5 min. Roll the dough slightly larger than the slab of margarine of ST ALLERY® Lux and put the ST ALLERY® Lux on the piece of dough. Fold the dough around the ST ALLERY® Lux in such a way that the ST ALLERY® Lux is completely enclosed.


Give it 3 layers of 3 or 2 layers of 4.
