How to make Raspberry Cookie

Mix the St-Allery and sugar together until homogeneous

Add the eggs and mix well

Add the flour and baking powder.

Add the pistachio pieces and frozen raspberry

Divide the dough into pieces of 60g

Let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge

Put on a baking plate and push down to form a circle

Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C

Decorate the cookie as desired
