How to make Potato gratin
Grease the ovenproof tray with the RISSO® EVOLUTION and crushed garlic.
Peel the potatoes and cut them paper thin, rinse and arrange in the ovenproof tray.
Mix the RISSO CHANTY CHEF® with the herbs and pour over the potatoes. Finish with the Cheese and thyme leaves.
Put in the oven for 30’ at ± 175°C.
