How to make Pear indulgence with chocolate
Add the ST-ALLERY® Butter Blend to the melted chocolate.
Beat the eggs to a foam and fold the eggs through the chocolate mixture.
Finish by folding the almond powder through the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a high-sided baking tray and sprinkle with the baking chocolate chips and pieces of pear.
Bake the brownie at 180°C for 20 min.
Substitute the pear for broken walnuts to create a nutty indulgence with chocolate.
