How to make Muesli braid

Create the muesli filling by first roasting the sunflower seeds and the sliced almonds. Heat up the honey, Back margarine, milk and the apricot jam. Add the sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, ground nuts and the raisins. Mix well and let it cool down

For the croissant dough, mix all the ingredients together for 2 minutes slow and 4 minutes fast. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Give 3 single folds and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough to 2.5 mm thin and 40 cm wide. Spread the muesli filling on top and roll the dough like a raisin roll. Cut in half, make a braid and let proof for 90 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
