How to make Minestrone soup with puff pastry garnishing

Create a clear soup of all the vegetables and the boullion. Roll a grid in the​ puff pastry slice, sprinkle over some parmesan cheese and the chili pepper and bake in the oven. Then cut it into very ​thin strips.

Serve the soup with the puff pastry trimmings.​
