How to make MARGARET

Let the croissant defrost for 15min.

Cut two mini croissant Bake’Up in half and place the four pieces in a 10/12 cm dough cutter with the tips pointing towards the centre.

Bake +/- 15min at 180°C.

Once baked, fill with cream as desired in the centre of the flower and sprinkle with sugar.
