Italian vegetarian ciabatta
How to make Italian vegetarian ciabatta
Cut the Mini Olive Ciabatta or Olive Ciabatta in half. Fill the Ciabatta with the tapenade and place the drained mediterranean vegetables on top. Add some slices of tomato and garnish with a few basil leaves.
Season with a sprinkle of rosemary and fennel seeds over the vegetables. Toast the sandwich under the grill and serve it hot.
