How to make Healthy rainbow apero


Lightly roast the pine nuts without oil or butter in a pan. Let them cool on a plate. 


Put the garlic, cheese and roasted pine nuts and the basil leaves in the food processor and grind until a green mass forms.


Add the olive oil little by little and mix well. The pesto should not be dry but also not too oily. Finally season the pesto with a little black pepper. Salt is often not necessary because the Parmesan cheese is already salty in itself.


Serve on a plate with other colorful & nutritious dips such as beetroot tapenade, artichoke cream, paprika cream aas well as radishes and black olives.


Make it pop by serving it with slices of different colorful seeded bread! The perfect setting to offer a healthy, colorful sharing moment to your customers!
