Flash-bake or shortly grill the Fossette.


Cut the Fossette open at the top. Do not completely cut in half!


Cut all ingredients into small and roughly equal pieces, season with pepper, salt and oregano and drizzle generously with good olive oil.


Stuff the Fossette with the mixed ingredients.
