How to make Hazelnut Cake

Mix all the ingredients together for 4 minutes at medium speed.

Put some baking paper on the sides off the baking mould. Pipe 400 g off cake batter in each baking mould and bake for 35 minutes at 170°C.

Take the cake out off the mould and let it cool down. Fill the center of the cake with Gold Cup Hazelnut paste and put the cake in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Heat up the Gold Cup hazelnut paste to 40°C and pour it over the the cakes. Further decorate the cake as you wish.
