How to make GREEK BURGER

Quickly bake the Soft buns in the oven for ± 4 min at 180 °C or broil for a few minutes.

Cook the lamb burgers.

Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Leave the lamb burgers to rest for a while.

Assemble the burgers as you normally would.

Serve them with freshly cooked fries and an extra dose of RISSO® AIOLI SAUCE and a fresh salad with a little RISSO® YOGURT
