How to make Fit baguette with marinated herring
Defrost the Fit Baguette. Add it to a oven preheated to 200°C and bake them for 15 minutes.
Wait for the Fit Baguette to cool then cut it into halves. Use a mandoline to cut long strips of the carrot and cucumber then blanch them. Mix the marinated herring fillet, RISSO® yoghurt vinaigrette, black pepperand dill.
Finally, top the Fit Baguette halves with the herring micture and the sliced carrots and cucumbers.
