Eye of the tiger
Tiger bun with smoked salmon or marinated cucumber strings (veggie), lettuce, chopped radishes and cherry tomatoes, finished with Vandemoortele® Martino sauce
How to make Eye of the tiger
Cut the cucumber into thin strips and leave to marinate in a mixture of olive oil, dash of lemon, tarragon vinegar, pepper and salt (approx. 30 min.).
Flash-bake the tiger roll 2 min. under the grill.
Cut open. Spread Martino sauce on the bottom part.
Top with marinated cucumber strips (veggie) or smoked salmon.
Finish off with lettuce, finely chopped radishes and cherry tomatoes.
