How to make Dutch shortbread ("sprits")
On smeared baking plates zig-zag bands of 5 cm dough with a syringe of 1 cm diameter serrated.
Bake it in a oven preheated to 170 °C for 25 minutes.
Blend the ST ALLERY® Premium Cream / Dough and sugar lightly in top gear.
Add egg and the lemon aroma. Mix the flour gently under it.
