How to make Crab cake bagel

Let the crab meat drain well

Mix together the crab meat, ginger powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, breadcrumbs, shredded onion, pepper and salt

Split the egg yolk of the egg white

Add Mayonnaise and egg yolks to the crab mixture

Whip the egg whites lightly and stir it under the crab mixture

Let rest in the refrigerator

Heat some RISSO EVOLUTION in a pan

Form the crab cakes (according to the size of the bagel)

Fry it golden brown and drain on kitchen paper

Slice the bagel and fill with the mixed salad and the burger

Finish with some Wakame seaweed and some RISSO YOGHURT DRESSING

1 Spoonful of lime

2 Tablespoons of lime juice
Mixed salad
