How to make Cod with mustard sauce
Make with the parsley, breadcrumbs a mixture that we will use for the cod.
Season the cod with salt and pepper, then rub the top surface well with the RISSO MUSTARD.
Fry shortly in RISSO EVOLUTION.
Put the fish in a 180°C preheated oven for about 8min.
Heat some RISSO CHANTY CHEF in a pan and add some RISSO MUSTARD, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with some fresh spinach.
