How to make Cigarette Russe

Mix the flour and icing sugar together

Add the egg whites and last the molten butter

Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the fridge

Spread circles of 7 cm on a silicon mat

Bake for 10 minutes at 160°C

Roll them as cigar shape

Let hem cool down and pipe some butter cream in the cigars

Keep them in the refrigerator
