How to make Ciabatta with Tzatziki or Tarama
Mix the yoghurt, feta cheese, shredded cucumber and crushed garlic, and season with pepper to make the tzatziki.
Alternatively, you can prepare a tarama: mix potato, salmon roe, olive oil, garlic, lemon and season with a samall amount of pepper. Bake the Ciabatta Classica BANQUET D'OR®, then cut into slices.
Present the tzatziki or the tarama with the ciabatta slices arranged around it.
