Our Banquet d'Or® fully baked pain kebab with pieces of marinated chicken breast, sucrine salad leaves, sweet corn and fried onions, finished with Vandemoortele® Andalouse
How to make Chicken kebab
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and let them marinate in a mixture of olive oil, dash of lemon, garlic, pepper and salt (about 30 min.).
Grill the chicken breast pieces.
Flash-bake the kebab sandwich 2 min. under the grill and cut open
Spread Vandemoortele® Andalouse on the bottom part.
Top with sucrine salad leaves and pieces of grilled chicken.
Finish with sweetcorn and fried onions.
