How to make BUTTERFLY

Cut the sheets in 3x5 pc. Cut each rectangle in in a butterfly shape.

Let the pastry sheet proof for 30min and bake at 20-25min at 180°C.

After baking, let it cool down. Cut the wings on the side and fill with custard cream.
