Brownie Cookie

Mix the St-Allery and sugar together until homogeneous  

Add the eggs and mix well  

Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder  

Add the chocolate 

Divide the dough into pieces of 60g

Let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge 

Put on a baking plate and push down to form a circle 

Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C 

Once out off the oven, pipe some chocolate caramel and cocoa nibs on top
