How to make Bread and special bread


Mix all of the bread ingredients and knead them till they make a smooth and elastic dough. Let the dough rise twice for 10 minutes each time.


Weigh out equal pieces of the dough and shape them into your desired shape, them allow them to rest for a final 60 minutes. After 10 minutes prick the pieces of dough to let out any excess air. You can then cut a pattern into the dough before placing it in the oven


Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C for 45 min. Halfway the baking time, open the steam key.
