How to make Apple pie with Jonagold apples

Thaw a slice butter puff pastry and make apples out of it by using the apple shapes.

Moisten them with water and push them into coarse sugar. Arrange the apple forms on the baking tray and prick one time in the cake.

Spray a pudding stripe in the middle.

Peel and halve the Jonagold apple.

Cut the halves into slices or cut the Jonagold apple at the top and place the half apple in the pudding.

Bake it for 20 to 25 min. in an oven at 210 ° C.
