How to make Almond-Chocolate Cookie

Mix the St-Allery and sugar together until homogeneous

Add the eggs and mix well

Add the flour and baking powder

Add the chocolate and almond pieces

Divide the dough into pieces of 60g

Let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge

Put on a baking plate and push down to form a circle
