Authentic table-bread based on sourdough, prepared according to a traditional recipe from the Pyrenees, without additives.
The appearance and taste of every mini Pérène is unique. Each sandwich combines a unique taste, a crispy crust and a top-quality crumb.
Thaw for half an hour and bake for ± 4 to 5 minutes at 190°C and this bread is ready to use.
