Meet Juliette
Juliette Lemonnier, our Quality Control Trainee in Torcé (France), travelled abroad to support the implementation of a new production line in our factory in Ravenna (Italy). "For two years, I've had the pleasure of being an apprentice at Vandemoortele", says Juliette with a smile.
"After a first period in Torcé, where I was introduced to the the world of pastry, Vandemoortele offered me the chance to immerse myself in the field of Research and Development. In this new challenge, I supported the R&D colleagues in establishing a new production line. During this assignment, I got to be part of the Ravenna Team for 3 months."
