Our Fossette is a soft, round and flat bun with a hint of virgin olive oil, stone floor oven baked and lightly floured. Recognised by its characteristic dimples… and its pure taste. 

It’s the perfect carrier for delicious snacks and sandwiches!

This new beautiful and tasty bun follows the Vandemoortele Clean Label definition and as such does not contain any additives nor artificial colourants: only natural ingredients for a bite that makes people smile!

ALSO PRE-SLICED FOR EASY HANDLING

Our Fossette also exists in a pre-sliced version: the perfectly horizontal butterfly keeps both halves together, ensuring the crumb inside doesn’t dry out.

FLASH BAKING FOR MORE CRISPINESS

This fully baked Fossette should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, right? After defrosting, flash-bake it for extra crunch: just put it under the grill for a few minutes.
