LES PAINS PÉRÈNES DE ROLAND COTTES® is our select range of speciality breads, which look particularly good on a display, as well as tasting great.  The bread has a specific traditional French taste thanks to the characteristic sourdough we use.

Our unique authentic sourdough bread is made with natural ingredients according to a traditional recipe by Roland Cottes from the French Pyrenees. It is sold frozen and produces an open crumb and a traditional crispy crust. The wheat comes only from managed plantations and they are all pre-baked on a real stone oven.
