Place the deep frozen croissants on a baking tray provided with baking paper. Let the croissants thaw for 30 minutes at an ambient temperature. Bake the croissants with a lot of steam in a preheated oven. Baking temperature traditional oven 220°C / convection oven 180°C. Baking time traditional oven 17 min / convection oven 14 min. Baking time and baking temperature can vary according to the type of oven. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
