Remove the packaging and let the products thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 170°C.

Bake the products for 18-20 minutes with steam. In a traditional oven, sprinkle the products with water before baking.


DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.

Eight made of deepfrozen Danish pastry, filled with vanilla flavoured custard cream and formed as an eight. The product is ready-to-bake and preproofed.
