Defrost time: 30 minutes at room temperature.

Baking time / defrosted: 20-25 minutes.

Baking temperature (with steam):

  • conventional oven: 190- 210°C
  • convection oven: 160-180°C.

Bake preferably in a pre-heated oven with steam or sprayed with water.

Close the damper during the first 15 minutes.

DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
